DHS Social Wellness Club

The Social Wellness Club represents helping students become a better version of themself, as well as, educating them on how they can become more proactive when it comes to one’s own wellness/mental state. A focal point for our club is to establish a safe, non-hostile environment where students can learn self-soothing techniques to help combat any issues that harm one’s overall wellness. In this club, a diverse amount of methods will be taught to overall trump any jarring issues a student may be facing. And to be brief, it boils down to space where students will have the opportunity to learn a vast amount of exercises/life tips that will stick with students in order to better one’s self both mentally and physically.
